Wednesday-
Route: Memorial Park Loop
Distance: 5 Miles

Notes: 5:30pm. Temp 98. Dew point 67. Low Humidity. A+ Great Run.

Thursday- Off

Friday-
Route: Memorial Park Loop
Distance: 5 Miles
Time: 40:50
Notes: 6:45pm. Double Workout Day
1 Hour Weight workout 7:45am. Upper,abs, back.

Saturday-Off

Sunday-
Route: Memorial Park Loop
Distance: 3 Miles
Time: 23:34
Notes: Humid. Windy. Good Run
